The Chemistry holiday

On the 20th of March the IRLC held a competition on chemistry that was dedicated to the international year of chemistry and the 150th anniversary of the Mendeleev's periodic system.
There were 5 teams of students who had to answer the questions on chemistry, on Mendeleev's biography and to demonstrate their creativity and their knowledge of Russian language.One of the tasks for example was to complete the Mendeleev's periodic table with the missing elements.
The students successfully fulfilled all the tasks and the competition ended with a tea party where students and their teachers could communicate in an informal setting.
